How to Return

Is the Hearing Aid you received not what you expected? Did it not fit or help you hear better? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an hearing aid you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or a 100% refund.

1.  You do not need an RMA number or to contact us to return the Hearing Aids--but you do need to include your:

              A. Name
              B. Address
              C.  Phone Number in Case we need to call you
              D.  Why you are returning the hearing aid(s)

2. If you want a 100% refund, please return all Battery Packages, open or unopened.


3. We STRONGLY recommend that you do one of the following:

     A.  Insure your return,
    
     B. Get a tracking number on your returns or
     C. Have Signature Confirmation to verify delivery to us, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
 
 


4. Products must be in the condition you received them and in a box and/or bubble wrap packaging. 
  Damaged hearing aids will not be accepted as returns.

FYI: Returning your package USPS Priority Mail with a Small Flat Rate Box plus Signature Confirmation is $6.90.    

5. Please
write a note with your contact information and why you returning them...example: repair, exchange, refund, etc.

When to Expect Your Money Back:
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
