Before you Return Your Hearing Aids Please answer these questions....
QUESTION: Are you returning them because they where working but stopped and you still need hearing aids?
- First, Replace battery
- Second Remove and Clean the tubes for Open Fit or Behind the Ear---9 out of10 times this is the reason why hearing aids stop working!
- Third, Put them back in your ear and turn up the volume to test.
YOUR ACTION: If they are still not working.......Please complete this REPAIR FORM or REPROGRAM FORM and return items or contact us (email or call) about returning for repair or replacements or we will never know to send you new ones!

QUESTION: Would you like to exchange one hearing aid style for another?

- For any other reason, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Hearing aid returns for credit are accepted within 60 days of purchase only. (We do not refund shipping charges outside the Continental U.S.)
- You do not need to contact us to return the Hearing Aids--but please include your Name and Address so that we can locate your order and issue a refund.
- If you want a 100% refund, please return all Battery Packages, open or unopened.
- We STRONGLY recommend that you do one of the following: 1. Insure your return, 2. Get a tracking number on your returns or 3. Have Signature Confirmation to verify delivery to us, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Products must be in the condition you received them and in a box and/or bubble wrap packaging. Damaged hearing aids will not be accepted as returns. FYI: Returning your package USPS Priority Mail with a Small Flat Rate Box plus Signature Confirmation is $6.90.
- Please write a note with your contact information and why you returning them...example: repair, exchange, refund, etc.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
