Solutions:     1. Check your battery
                      2. Check your volume control
                      3. Check for wax and clean your device

                      3. Use a hear aid dehumidifier, often known as a "dry aid kit" problem caused by moisture

Problem:       Battery Door Will Not Close
Solutions:     1. Battery my not be positioned correctly
                      2. Check for debris in battery compartment

Problem:       Battery is Stuck in Hearing Device
Solutions:     1. Jammed battery may be removed using magnet--be gentle DO NOT FORCE
                      2. For rusted batteries, use a magnet to remove battery

Problem:      Static Noise
Solutions:     1. Move away from any electromagnetic devices such as digital or celluar phones
                      2. Battery may be low or dead--replace battery
                      3. Poor battery contact

Problem:      Too much Bass
Solutions:     1. Vents may be plugged or blocked
                      2. Hearing aid may need reprogramming
