Rosebud Open Fits are digital hearing aids and are best suited for individuals with mild to moderate high frequency hearing loss. The Open Fit tips that go into your ear canal are vented (allowing air to pass) are usually smaller than your ear canal, which means you will not get that plugged up feeling.

I wanted at least a month wearing it before sending you my comments regarding it - I have now used it for two months.. As I mentioned to you in our conversation before my purchase, I had tried two different in-the-ear hearing aids. Neither was satisfactory. The first one actually was to large for my small ear canal. The second in- the-ear aid was an improvement over the first as it at least fit in my ear. However, it was prone to loss as it would work its way out of my ear whenever I was eating. And the other problem was that it caused soreness in my ear canal after wearing it most of the day. Hearing those comments from me, you advised me to try the "Rosebud Open Fit" hearing aid and that if not satisfied I could return it for a full refund.
I took your advice and purchased the "Rosebud Open Fit" hearing aid. It has been very satisfactory - better than I had hoped. It has greater amplification than my earlier low cost aids. It is comfortable to wear all day and never makes my ear canal sore. I have a fairly heavy waxing problem and the tip is so designed that it is extremely easy to clean and has never plugged with wax during the two months that I have used it. It is so light weight that I really don't notice that I am wearing it. It is actually less visible than my in-the-ear aids - which pleases me too. I am completely satisfied with it performance and the modest price. And, Jon, I especially appreciated your helpful advice. A feature that was not described on your web site is that the aid actually gives a two-beep audio alert when the battery needs to be changed - a feature that is handy when I am not carrying my mini hearing aid battery tester.
Thanks for the good advice. Thanks for the prompt delivery, and thanks for the very satisfactory aid at a price that I could afford.

Hi Jon,
I love these hearing aids. Have been wearing them for almost a year. They're great. Haven't had any problems at all. Saved a ton of money instead of replacing worn out Siemens aids that cost almost $3000 each. They are much better than those very expensive ones that only lasted 3 years. I can't live without these from day 1. I rate them as 5 Star.

I could find no better deal on hearing aids than the ROSEBUD hearing aid. It is the best buy for the money out there and have recommended it to my friends that keep saying HUH! every time I say somthing to them. My wife loves having the TV volume at a reasonable level also

aid office that cost many times more. I feel that JON is is no-fly-by-night operation. He also sell parts for his hearing aids. When we have to replace aids we will agan be using CenturyHearingAids.

I'm so glad I found this website and ordered my behind the ear hearing aids. They are light and so comfortable I forget I have them in. Its amazing what you find you are missing once you start wearing them, and the price for 2 of them was about 2/3 the price I paid for 1 hearing aid from my doctor the year before. I am very happy with the rose bud hearing aid. I have a very expensive unit that I hated to wear. The rose bud is a lighter unit and I can hear everything I could hear with the expensive one.

I am very happy with the Rosebud and I give it a 5. It is much better for me than the expensive hearing aids I had. The hearing loss in my right ear is considerably more than my left ear and the Audition is working better for me in that ear. The Audition I would give a 4 rating because it helps me to hear better, just not as well as my left ear. I just wish I had found Century Hearing Aids years ago before I spent all that money on the hearing aids I got from a hearing specialist. Also, the service at Century is great and I give that a 5 rating.

I would like to thank the people at Century Hearing Aids for providing me with a superior hearing aid at a bargain price. A hearing professional in my home town quoted me $7,000. I tried them, and found they where no better than the ones I purchased from Century for $600. Believe it! I can now hear crickets and song birds again. I had forgotten what
water coming out of the faucet sounded like, and I didn't know my door hinges squeaked. They even work well on the phone. I will give these the highest rating, a 5! Buy with confidence. Gary Skalski from Wisconsin.

yes the hearing aid has made a big difference, although i can only hear from one ear, i can hear alot better. it is about as invisible as it gets, but i had to grow my hair out to hide. if anything comes available that u cant see, i would love to try it as your prices and service were both very good. you took back the in the canal aid that i tried but didn't like, and sent my behind the ear without delay. you were easy to get a hold of, and very knowledgeable. being the first time i ever shopped for one, it was easy.

Overall I believe the hearing aid does a good job. I wish there had been additional documentation that explained the preset settings made specifically for me. Is setting 1 for a room for people or is that setting 2? I still don't know. When I saw the hearing aid my mother-in-law just got locally, I realized that the tube on mine is probably a little long.
Overall the value is good; however, I later discovered an audiologist locally that ran a special for only $100 more for the same style aid. That special came with full services and follow-up for adjustments, so actually I wish I had bought locally. That is not to say that this isn't a good aid; I just wish there was more support. I felt I was left too much on my own when I got it.

I highly recommend the Rosebud hearing aid! I was diagnosed with mild to moderate hearing loss (consistent with my age!) and looked into various types of aids. The average price that I found was in excess of $1700. I checked with my audiologist to see if I really needed an aid that was so expensive and was told no. Then I found CenturyHearingAids on the web, and the rest is history! The serious part of this is that before I purchased the Rosebud, my hearing was such that it was beginning to affect my job. I could hear but I couldn't make out all of the words and had to constantly ask for repeats. That is no longer the case since I've been wearing the Rosebud....and it doesn't get better than that! The customer service was great, the ordering process went smoothly, and I've enjoyed it ever since. I don't think you can beat the pricing and the quality has remained constant. I would rate the Rosebud a definite 6 out of 5!!

Since they are a first for me, I cannot measure against anything else. I can say that I enjoy T.V. enormously and my dear husband is no longer being blamed for mumbling and being incoherent.

Also, I can hear many sounds of nature which I have been denied for some time, but was unaware of.
Regarding pricing, undoubtedly I saved 50 to 60% of the cost quoted to me here in Prince Edward Island - another thing for which I am very pleased.
Service couldn't be better - overall the experience has been first class and I can only rate you a 5! You are quite free to use my name as a reference.

My Rosebud hearing aids are perfect for my needs. They are comfortable and inconspicuous. I appreciate being able to adjust the volume for the various situations I am in each day. The price was very reasonable and I have appreciated working with Jon Stoddard at Century Hearing Aids. I would be most happy to recommend their products and services to anyone. Also, the deliveries and return credit I received was fair and most prompt. The price I paid was around half what I would have paid down here in Florida, with an even greater differential in Canada where I live in the summertime. I would recommend your company to anyone. The only trouble I had was finding someone to adjust the programmable type. This fact helped me decide, with your help, to use the type where I can control the volume myself. I would give the hearing aid I got as a 3. It does a fair job of increasing my hearing ability , it was a great price, it looks good, not easily seen. My only problem is I am disapointed with the feedback I get. If I get close to any object or get a hug , scratch my head ,etc. I get feedback . The ad "sort of" implied that it had feedback control but I don't seem to have any anti-feedback.

I can't get along w/out it. I can participate easily in family conversations now. My family appreciates that. I wish I could have afforded one of your programmable ones. Mine has been run over in the gravel and the case is cracked, still everything works but the 4-level button. It's been this way for months and shows no sign of further deterioration.

The Rosebud Hearing Aid from Century is most satisfactory. That's a 5 rating. The volume adjustment makes them flexible for different settings. I can now turn down the TV to suit my wife, and turn up my Rosebud to my own comfort level. The sensitivity setting lets me turn down background noise in a restaurant so I can hear the table conversation. The price was fabulous. I had tried others that cost 10 times as much that I didn't like as well. The people at Century are pleasant to deal with, and responsive. One device developed a problem. I sent the device in to Century. It was returned to me a few days later, postpaid, good as new.

Better than nothing and the price was great. But, you do get what you pay for. Lots of problems with them, left one not working now. This happens all the time. Fuss and fuss and it may start working again and it may not.
Rate the price at a 5 but the quality at a 3 or so.
I couldn't afford anything else so am glad these were available but they're only marginal as far as quality.
It they worked all the time I would rate them higher on quality. Also go through a LOT of batteries.

I am loving this hearing aid..I tried hearing aids B4 but they caused my ears to get infected..That was a bummer, and lost money as they did not return full price..With the rosebud open air is fab!! I am so glad I purchased 2 as my memory is null and void..always misplacing things..The price is awesome,,your correspondence skills are wonderful and your service is excellent..I thank you so much for my hearing..I went to my grandaughters school play last night and was able to hear every word..That's a first! I am amazed everyday by the birds singing, the wind blowing thru the trees, my grandkids sassing me when I turn my back to them!!! LOLOLOL Bad news for them.. I hear everything now..Can you tell life is good for me since my purchase from you?? God Bless

I have told a few people about these aids. So far so good. The Siemens that I paid about $3000.00 for were lousy compared to yours. I had to go back to them to have them adjust them for $65 each time, and they were never right. always scratchy sound.
Put these in 25 days ago, I can say these are wonderful. I’ve worn many different aids and these by far are the best. The volume is the only thing that needed adjusting, and after playing with that for a couple of days, they are perfect now. I went to a basketball game and could even talk to my wife without the usual disturbing background sounds from all the people there.
I did not expect them to be this great. What a pleasant surprise. Even the road noise was suppressed, which was another super surprise.
I love them. I rate them a 4. None are perfect, but these are close.

This is a testament to my Rosebud Hearing Aids: I've been hearing impaired for nearly 30 years from working in an extreme work environment. The first aids I purchased were 11 years ago and although they enabled me to hear I could not stand the discomfort of wearing them so to my wife's consternation they stayed in a drawer instead of my ears. When I heard about Rosebud OTE I decided to try them. The moment I put them on I LOVED them. I could now hear my grand kids giggle, whisper, and their mis-pronounced words now made sense! And I now watch TV with closed caption OFF! These aids cost me $2000 less than the ones I would not wear! If I were to rate them on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best and 1 being the worst I would rate them as an honest to goodness 6, ( yes- six). I am happy to recommend these aids, and have done so to anyone I talk to about hearing aids.

I give the Rosebud I have a 5. I paid less than 1/3 of what I paid for my last one that I got from the audiologist and it works just as well. I had a problem distinguishing words and the Rosebud solved the problem very nicely. My neighbor will be contacting you soon to get one for herself. Thanks for your excellent service.

I a very pleased with my hearing aids, especially since I saved a small fortune.on them. One facility tried to swindle me for close to $10,000.
At first I was reluctant about buying them online, since there are so many scams on the Internet. But when I placed my first call to customer service I was impressed.
No regrets and it is great to be able to hear again!

I have had the basic Rosebud open fit for about a month (R ear only). I was surprised how small the whole unit was, almost invisible. If anything, the small, almost invisible wire has a "cool" look to it (according to a younger person in my office). As far as performance, it works well and I would recommend. Especially since you don't have to go to the audiologist and get pressured to pay maybe $3,000 for a pair of open fit, which is what happened to me prior to this on-line purchase. Also, thanks Jon for the good service.

Having used the little Rosebud Hearing aid for a week. I am impressed with the clarity. I am a country music fan and the tone rendition is the best I have ever heard out of my dozen or so hearing aids. The two channel works very well and I use one mostly for music and the other for general use. I would have liked a little more volume as I have it turned all the way up but I am happy with it there as it seems about right.

Overall I am pleased with the Rosebud and right now do not see having to go with two.

ery easy to wear, and very easy to adjust to various sound situations because of its "tap button" which lets you select 4 different sittings. My friends have to take their very expensive ones to an audiologist instead! Also the "invisible" plastic tube that feeds into the ear is very comfortable - no need for a molded in-the-ear piece that can be uncomfortable and that also blocks some sound!

Have had these for almost a year with no problems. Work great, just like turning up the sound on the tv. Takes a while to get uses to having the tube in your ear, itches a little, but get used to it fairly quickly. 1/4 to 1/2 the price of ones the audiologist sells.

I have worn completely in the ear.....also behind the ear.....obtained locally and very expensive.....now I am wearing rosebuds behind the ear...... and the performance has been excellent....also questions I had were answered promptly by Jon...positive review

I have only had mine for [8] days so far it is working fine i replaced one that i lost i payed 2250.00 for this one as good as the one i lost will refere them to my friends

i tried them for two weeks and they never did amplify voices they did a good
job amplifing all the other sounds that
were around me which i didn't need all i
wanted to hear was voices. so i sent them
back for a refund

I had previously had a audiologist fitted Miracle ear aid and this is replacing it

the only problem I have with open fit is suseptibility to sweat. I sweat in any weather and find I must take my aid out whenever I do any kind of outdoor activity in the summer. this includes playing with the grand kids and fishing
this is a problem. I had to send one back for repair

Have been wearing the rosebud for about 3 weeks now and they work great. Much better than ones I paid twice as much for. Only thing is gain I believe is too high

The open fit is good for those who are starting to experience hearing loss. It is especially good for the price. Its principle draw back is that the aid picks up more background sounds than sounds right in front of the person.

I have had two of these hearing aids for about 6 months. They are very comfortable and easy to forget about them--I have gone to bed with them in a few times, also I have forgotten to take them out when I showered a couple of times but I dried them out and they still work fine. I do have trouble with the left one while I drive. I get a lot of feedback off the car window. Also, I wish they would work better on low tones. High tones are great. These are my 3rd type of hearing aids and definitely the best so far.

I have hi frequency hearing loss and the rosebud has improved my hearing. I was sitting outside one night and could hear crickets chirping. I took the hearing aid out and I could not hear them.
I am able to hear softer voices that I was not able to hear very well before and I am not constantly saying "Huh" or "I am sorry, I didnt hear what you said"
I am satisfied with the device.

The RBOF open fit aids did not help my hearing problem. I tried all the adjustments recommended, but couldn't hear better. Maybe they were just not the right aid for me. They did fit well and I liked the open fit so I didn't have that (in a barrel) sound in my ear when I talked. This is a good aid, but just not for me.
