The hearing aid did not work for her because we could not make it fit her ear. We returned it & you gave us a full prompt refund. After we sent the Aid back she had a doctor exam - MD - not a hearing specialist. the Dr report was she has very small hearing channels and channels of an unusual shape - mirror image reverse shape of a "normal" person. So, your Aids could not fit properly because of her ear canal shape. At this point she is still without hearing assistance and we have not yet sought further help.
